Introducing our new weekly offering, a delicious culinary experience designed to make your mouth water. We’ve joined forces with Sang Lee Farms, a certified organic farm in Peconic, to bring you the freshest local produce, ensuring every bite is a taste of sustainability and flavor. With Farm-to-Fed, you’ll know what you're puttin' in your mouth and where it came from!

Our promises:

  • Utilizing as much Sang Lee Farms produce as possible

  • Always whole food ingredients, never processed, always homemade

  • Featured vegetables always local, organic, and seasonal

  • Basics and accouterments will be local and organic whenever possible

  • No refined, processed oils (only organic olive, coconut, or sesame oil will be used)

  • High quality, medicinal grade spices and seasonings (although seasonings will be kept to a minimum and suggestions for additional variations will be suggested weekly)

  • Fresh organic herbs, when possible

What’s included:

  • 3-5 x 32 oz containers of roasted vegetables

  • 1 x 32 oz container of soup

  • 1 x 32 oz container of grain salad

  • 1 x 8 oz dip, spread, or dressing

  • 1 x 16 oz container of crudites

  • 1-2 minimally or non-prepped vegetables (i.e. whole head lettuce, chopped tomatoes, ready-to-saute Asian greens)

  • Weekly “From Farm to Fed to Fun” follow-up email:

    • Facts and information about included food, spices, etc. and nutrition

    • Variety of creative ways to eat, prep, heat, utilize foods

    • “Family tips” for those with little ones

    • Shared recipes

How it works:

  • Order weekly or monthly (autopay optional for weekly orders)

  • Choose from optional meat or plant-based protein add-ons:

    • Whole roasted chicken, steak, frittata, seasoned pork chops

    • Lentil salad, bean salad, prepared/soaked legumes

  • Add optional breakfast items add-ons:

    • Overnight oats, granola, grain-free protein pancakes, chia pudding, energy balls, etc

  • Add optional accouterments: pickled onions, microgreens, etc

  • Add optional glass tupperware (clean containers exchanged weekly)
