Crunchy Chick Croutons

Eat these as croutons or a snack. Either way these are so delicious and once you pop you can’t stop. And a great way to include my legumes in your diet!

Ingredients:

  •  1 can organic chickpeas, drained

  • ¼-½ tsp paprika powder

  • ¼ granulated garlic

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Spray EVOO 

How This Is Going Down:

  1. Toss drained chickpeas with spices in a bowl

  2. Place in your airfryer basket (or parchment in a convection oven) and spray lighty with EVOO

  3. Air Fry at 425 degrees for 15 minutes

  4. Done!
