Easy Roasted Carrots

- Slice them in thirds and then in half vertically.
- Generously lube them up with some Sesame oil (or other high heat cooking oil of your choice like avocado oil)
- Season with warming spices (so important this time of year!) like cumin, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss in oven at 375, tossing occasionally until beginning to crisp and brown.
- Option to broil for a minute (keep a close eye though!) to really get them crispy.
- Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy. every. last. bite.
